LEDs are the future?

While being know as a guy who keeps telling everyone that LED’s cannot become defect (at short term) by normal usage, I now found a nice article about LED-illumination in your house. LED’s are relatively cheap, have a high efficiency and are available in different colors. Technology around LED’s is still improving and some good examples of using this technology in a room, can be found here.
