Just sitting in the metro with a friend, travelling back home. In front of us was sitting a guy, nothing special happening at first sight. Then – I now guess afterwards – the guy is checking his bankaccount by his mobile phone and he mumbles something about money. His face changed into a big smile and he hit the metrofurniture several times with his fist. At first I thought he’d become agressive, but hey, it’s not that special if people start doing drums in the metro, that happens often. But after that he turned around his face and I could see his nice golden teeth and he started talking to me about something really divine, money or so? I really couldn’t understand what he meant, anyway I acted like I was happy for him.
While surfing around again I found a collection of shibboleths (tongue breakers) on this site, in Dutch.
Langs de koele kali liep een kale koeli met een kilo kali op zijn kale koeli-kop.

Wij wijze wasvrouwen wilden weer wassen wanneer wij wisten waar weer warm water was.
While walking to my work, I suddenly heard a man laughing pretty loud. I looked into his direction and about 25 meters away from me I saw a happy face saying pretty loud that it’s healthy to laugh — in Dutch “lachen is gezond”.
I agree with him.
